The Cunningham

The Cunningham is located at 4556 Lake Drive in Robbinsdale, Minnesota and has twenty five, one and two bedroom units.

This security building is 100% wheelchair accessible and is fully sprinkled for fire protection and is 100% accessible with 19 shower units and 6 tub/shower combinations. Bathrooms also feature wheel-in showers with hand-held shower heads, roll-under vanities and grab bars. Large accessible kitchens feature roll-under countertops and sink, pantry storage and wall mounted ovens with countertop range.

There is a multi-purpose community room, trash chute on each floor, elevator access, laundry facilities and a private out door patio area with gas grill and picnic tables.

This building is located in downtown Robbinsdale which has a full complement of commercial, retail and public facilities including grocery, pharmacy, beauty salon, barbershop, restaurants, library, medical clinic and hospital, to name a few.

The bathrooms feature wheel-in showers with hand-held shower heads, roll-under vanities and grab bars.

There is a multi-purpose community room with kitchenette, a trash chute on each floor, elevator access, laundry room and private out door patio area with gas grill and picnic tables.

The building is located adjacent to a shopping center with many commercial and retail facilities. A medical clinic, library and many parks are some of the public facilities available. There is a park with fishing pier two blocks away on the beautiful Mississippi River.

Public transportation is also available at the site.

Personal Care Attendant services are available to residents through our partner; Accessible Space Incorporated (ASI). These services are available to qualifying persons 24 hours per day.

The Durham

The Durham is located at 621 South Second Street in Mankato, Minnesota and has forty one, fully accessible one and two bedroom apartment units in a six story fire proof masonry building.

The security building is 100% wheelchair accessible and is fully sprinkled for fire protection and has a large multi-purpose community room, large laundry room and outdoor patio with gas grill and picnic table.

Some units have wheel-in showers and some have tub/showers. Other bathroom amenities include open wheel under vanity, hand-held shower heads and generous turn-around space. Kitchens are large with wheel-under countertops and sink, wall ovens, countertop range and pantry storage.

Public transportation is available on site. Many commercial retail facilities are within 'wheeling' distance including grocery, pharmacy, an enclosed mall with many shops and stores, a library, medical clinic and hospital. Downtown Mankato is only three blocks away.

The Minnesota State University, Mankato campus is located a mile away making the Durham an affordable/accessible alternative to on campus housing for students who have mobility challenges.

Many residents have personal care attendants and more than one service provider is available on site.

Sonoma Apartments

Thorndale Plaza

Thorndale Plaza is located at 1050 Thorndale Avenue in New Brighton, Minnesota. There are twenty four, one and two bedroom units in a three story fully sprinkled elevator building. The building is 100% wheelchair accessible.

Brighton Village shopping center is immediately adjacent to the site. All necessary shopping facilities are within one mile of the site and many are only a city block away or closer.
